These pole locations are necessary to provide electric service to a DG Project connecting off pole 40A/84 in Westport on Division Road.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Edward Borges c/o Russell Waldron of Applied Ecological Sciences to construct a gravel driveway that crosses a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Inland Bank, and a single-family home within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to the Bordering Vegetated Wetland, on land described as Map 65 Lot 48 or Bergeron Ln.
