NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Troy Nanfelt & Jacqueline Katz to construct a single family dwelling, driveway, and onsite landscaping within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, on land described as Map 56 Lot 17-5 or 5 Digger Dr. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday December 5, 2023. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 6:00 P.M. on the petition of Chris Imbriglio who is seeking a Special Permit to build an addition (first floor bedroom, kitchen extension, room over garage) onto an existing single family residence in a General Business District and Aquifer Protection Overlay District Zone 3 which does not comply with the Towns Zoning by-laws for lot coverage. (Article 28 Section 375-28.5B (8) Prohibited Uses (Lot coverage above 10%, or lot coverage above 2,500 square feet of any lot, whichever is greater.
