Barbara G. (LaBouliere) Fagan, 88
WAREHAM – Barbara G. (LaBouliere) Fagan, 88, of Wareham, passed away on September 6, 2026, at Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Marion. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Fagan and the daughter of the late Joseph and Yvette (Bonnoyer) LaBouliere.
She was born in Fall River and lived in Wareham for most of her life. She graduated from Wareham High School, class of 1955 and she received a bachelor’s degree from Regis College in 1959.
Mrs. Fagan worked as an Elementary School Teacher for the Wareham Public School System for many years before retiring.
She loved her Boston Red Sox. She could quote any statistic and never missed a game. The Red Sox brought her much joy, and you could hear her cheering from afar.
Some of her favorite pastimes included bicycling, boating, gardening, cross country skiing, going to the beach and spending time outside. Her favorite times were spent with family. She was a former member of the Bay Pointe Country Club and the Gleason Family YMCA.
Survivors include her five children, Shaun Fagan of Wesley Chapel, FL, Dick Fagan and his wife, Mary of Buzzards Bay, Nancy Fagan of Naples, FL, Laura Fagan of Auburn, WA, and Karen Fagan of Los Angeles, CA; 3 brothers, Peter LaBouliere of Wareham, Paul LaBouliere of Onset, and Richard LaBouliere of PA; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Pauline Crowley and the late Oscar LaBouliere.
The family would like to thank Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Marion for the incredible care, our mom received during the last year of her life.
Her funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026, at St. Margaret’s Church, 141 Main St., Buzzards Bay. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
